We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Sales Consultant to join our Residential Sales department in South Birmingham.
About the Role:
- Manage a pipeline of residential properties, maintaining and updating records and databases.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to showcase properties and attract new clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate sales contracts and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in estate agency or property sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in IT systems and software.
