Exciting Opportunity at Lea Green Centre

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced instructor to join our relief team at Lea Green Centre, Derbyshire's flagship outdoor centre. As a key member of our team, you will lead or assist in the coordination and delivery of educational and personal development courses, as well as participate in all centre activities as directed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality courses that meet our standards
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve centre goals
  • Contribute to the development of new courses and activities
  • Participate in centre events and activities as required
Requirements
  • Experience as a youth leader, activity instructor, or similar
  • Ability to work in a busy environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • Passion for working with people of all ages and abilities
