Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a Swim Instructor, you will play a vital role in delivering swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities, ensuring they feel supported and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach swimming lessons to children and adults as part of our swimming lesson program, utilizing your qualification, training, and experience.
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's development and progress through the program.
- Assist in supervising customers in the swimming pool and surrounding areas, ensuring their safety and discipline.
- Develop and maintain excellent communication skills, with a genuine desire to work closely with customers.
- Deal effectively with children and their parents, providing a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Hold a Level 1 swimming teaching qualification and undergo a DBS check.
