Key Responsibilities:


• Manage the day-to-day running of files, ensuring timely completion of tasks and effective case management.


• Think holistically about cases, anticipating future developments and taking proactive steps to address them.


• Engage in regular discussions with fee earners and other stakeholders to ensure seamless case progression.


• Allocate tasks and ensure that all necessary steps are taken, including initial visits, instructing counsel, and filing notices.


• Visit clients regularly and communicate with them effectively via phone or video calls.


• Ensure that standard authorizations are in place and diarized, and deal with orders, including drafting and sealing.


• Collaborate with counsel, lawyers, and parties to agree on orders and amendments.


• We welcome referrals for this position, and successful recommendations will be rewarded.
