About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Page Green. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of our projects.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with our project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the financial and contractual aspects of projects, including preparing and managing budgets, tenders, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Prepare and submit reports, including progress reports, financial reports, and contractual reports.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveying, preferably in a construction or engineering environment.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, including JCT and NEC.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
