About the Role

Sphere Digital Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Media and Acquisition Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing 360° customer acquisition strategies across online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive customer acquisition plans across multiple channels, including traditional media, performance media, and agency collaboration.
  • Drive growth through data-driven decision making and optimize consumer journeys for maximum ROI.
  • Manage acquisition and media budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and maximizing return on investment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Affiliates, SEO, Social Media, and Innovation, to build comprehensive acquisition strategies.
  • Provide regular performance forecasts and reports to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in customer acquisition across channels like TV, Radio, PPC, and Social Media.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and digital marketing tools.
  • Proven track record in driving growth through innovative campaigns and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
