Stock Controller/Manager

Assure Personnel is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Controller/Manager to join their team in Chigwell. Our client is a leading manufacturer in their field, and due to continued growth, they are expanding their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage stock levels across the business, ensuring accurate inventory records and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Collate and present production-related data to management for analysis, providing insights to drive business decisions.
  • Process orders through the company system, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Implement and maintain established processes and guidelines, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate the receipt and storage of stock, ensuring efficient inventory management and minimal stockouts.
  • Support the wider team in achieving operational goals, providing assistance with general production administration as needed.
  • Effectively manage time to meet order deadlines, maintaining a smooth operational workflow and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Well-organized and methodical, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of inventory management principles.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in inventory management systems.
  • Able to follow procedures and guidelines, with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
