About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at The Two Brewers in Chigwell. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our busy pub, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to achieve outstanding results.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets, improve efficiency, and maintain high standards of quality and service.
  • Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and overheads.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, up to £35,000 including TRONC, paid overtime, great cash tips, and benefits.
