Asset Maintenance Planner

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Enfinium Community Fund. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and Schedule Maintenance: Utilize our CMMS system to schedule and track preventive maintenance tasks, ensuring all necessary work is completed efficiently.
- Coordinate Maintenance Activities: Create and manage schedules for maintenance, repairs, and equipment replacements, ensuring seamless execution without disruption.
- Collaborate with Teams: Publish detailed work orders and communicate effectively with operations and maintenance teams, ensuring alignment with operational priorities.
- Manage External Contractors: Oversee the work of external contractors and integrate their schedules into our comprehensive maintenance plan.
- Optimize Maintenance Efficiency: Ensure minimal backlog of work orders, creating a smooth workflow that maximizes the efficiency of our maintenance team.
- Master Scheduling: Develop and maintain a master schedule, anticipating potential conflicts and resolving them proactively to avoid operational issues.
- Safety First: Create, assess, and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements to ensure all work is carried out safely and according to regulations.
- CMMS Proficiency: Experience with a CMMS system to track and optimize maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in industries like energy-from-waste, power generation, or similar industrial environments, where maintenance planning plays a critical role.
- Strong Planning Skills: Extensive experience with Microsoft Projects or similar planning software to create detailed maintenance schedules.
- Safety-Focused: A solid understanding of safe systems of work, risk assessments, and method statements, with a commitment to safety in all planning activities.
