Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Harbor Medical Endoscopy in Braintree, MA. As an RN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments to patients
  • Monitor patient vital signs and health status, documenting any changes or concerns
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions and self-care techniques
  • Assist in managing medical emergencies and provide immediate care as needed
  • Document patient information, treatments, and progress accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols
Requirements
  • Valid RN license in the state of Massachusetts
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN in a healthcare setting
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
