Software Development Manager Opportunity

Are you a seasoned software development professional looking to take on a leadership role? We have an exciting opportunity for a Software Development Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Cambridge.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a small team of developers in an agile environment, driving them to success and excellence.
  2. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of full-stack development using C# and ASP.NET, with hands-on experience in building and deploying software.
  3. Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery.
  4. Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  5. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning, encouraging team members to share knowledge and best practices.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project alignment.
Your Ideal Profile:
  1. Proven experience as a Software Development Manager, with a strong track record of leading high-performing teams.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your leadership approach to different personalities and learning styles.
  3. Passion for software development and a strong desire to make a meaningful impact.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
