We are seeking a highly organized and administrative professional to join our Executive Support Administration Team at St Andrews Links Trust. As an Executive Support Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day activities of the team by providing administrative assistance in a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including maintaining accurate records, managing office supplies, and performing other administrative tasks as required.
- Communication and Coordination: Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless coordination and execution of tasks.
- Travel Arrangements: Assist with arranging staff travel, including booking flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements.
- Event Planning: Assist with planning and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences as required.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including health and safety records, employee driving license checks, and other relevant documentation.
Requirements
- Strong Organizational Skills: Possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Administrative Experience: Have previous experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols.
