The Compliance and Quality Assurance Advisor is a key position within the GMCA, supporting activities related to Apprenticeship funding. This role will oversee and take responsibility for the processing and checking of learning management systems, processes, and information in line with policies and best practice guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting apprenticeships and have current working knowledge of the ESFA Apprenticeship Funding Rules to ensure funding compliance through the processing and assuring of apprenticeship data using the Individualised Learner Return (ILR) and Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS).
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and experience of utilising a variety of management information systems to record, maintain, and report apprenticeship data. We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated with strong interpersonal, organisation, and planning skills and a desire to drive continuous improvement to provide a comprehensive and learner-focused service for internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and oversee the processing and checking of learning management systems, processes, and information
- Ensure funding compliance through the processing and assuring of apprenticeship data
- Utilise management information systems to record, maintain, and report apprenticeship data
- Drive continuous improvement to provide a comprehensive and learner-focused service
Requirements:
- Experience in supporting apprenticeships
- Current working knowledge of the ESFA Apprenticeship Funding Rules
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience of utilising management information systems
- Strong interpersonal, organisation, and planning skills
