About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Specialty Doctor to join our dynamic older adult neuro service based in South Wales.

The successful candidate will work alongside a comprehensive multidisciplinary team, including Senior nurses, Consultant Psychiatrists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Dieticians, and Psychology professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-standard psychiatric clinical care to an agreed number of patients at St Peters Hospital.
  • Provide psychiatric input to patients living in specialist group homes run by Iris Care Group as they progress along their recovery pathway.
  • Work in a mental health service for both male and female patients in conditions of low security.
Person Specification
  • Full GMC registration and a valid licence to practice.
  • Experience in Neurology or a related specialism.
  • Strong commitment to patient-centred care.
