Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management:
    • Oversee the tendering, negotiation, award, and administration of contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Manage Variation Orders, Frame Agreements, claims, and adherence to contract procedures to minimize risks and maximize benefits.
  • Risk Management:
