Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director BIM Manager to join our team at GreenJobs Ltd. As a key member of our Digital Engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Information Management, BIM Coordination, and BIM Consultancy Services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver BIM Services: Provide expert guidance and support to clients on BIM implementation, coordination, and management.
  2. Team Management: Lead and manage teams of BIM professionals to ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for GreenJobs Ltd.
  4. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of strategic plans to drive digital engineering excellence across the company.
  5. Client Representation: Represent GreenJobs Ltd at client meetings and presentations to promote our services and expertise.
Requirements
  1. BIM Consultancy Experience: Proven experience in BIM consultancy, including BIM coordination, information management, and BIM implementation.
  2. Business Development Skills: Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  3. Team Management: Proven ability to lead and manage teams of professionals to achieve successful project delivery.
  4. Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Revit and Solibri, as well as the UK BIM Framework.
