BIM Recruiter are proudly partnered with an award-winning digital construction tech firm based in Manchester. Our client is a fast-growing team who represent some of the largest designer, contractor and developer clients across the UK.

With projects across residential, commercial, stadia and healthcare, our client has strong growth forecast within their business and needs to hire 2 new team members for their office in the centre of Manchester.

As BIM Consultant, you will support the delivery across a wide and varied project base. You will be tasked with ensuring requirements are clearly understood and actioned and that the benefits are realised through the adoption of BIM on a project from design phase through to project delivery.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

* Cross-checking model info against EIR and/ or Project BEP

* Development and management of BIM Documentation

* Assisting with Clash detection and data verification

* Preparing for and attending design coordination meetings

* Supporting internal R&D activities

* Supporting in the training of clients and delivering technical demonstrations around BIM/ PIM

* Project modelling using Revit or Civil 3D

Your Profile

* Technical Degree (Construction/ Engineering/ Architecture), Min 2:1 Classification

* Demonstrable BIM project experience, postgraduate with a strong understanding of BIM and the benefits of Bim to the construction sector

* Knowledge of industry standards such as PAS1192 suite, ISO19650 and UK BIM Framework

* Strong Revit Skills and Clash Detection Knowledge

* Open and effective communicator, collaborative and capable of working with internal and external partners to achieve project outcomes

* Quality focused
