Position Overview

BIM Recruiter is collaborating with a prestigious digital construction technology organization.

This company is experiencing rapid growth and works with some of the leading designers, contractors, and developers throughout the UK.


With a diverse portfolio that includes residential, commercial, sports facilities, and healthcare projects, our client is expanding and is looking to add two new professionals to their team.

As a BIM Consultant, your role will involve facilitating the execution of various projects.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring that project requirements are well understood and implemented, maximizing the advantages of BIM from the design stage to project completion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Verifying model information against Employer's Information Requirements (EIR) and/or Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
  • Creating and managing BIM documentation
  • Assisting with clash detection and data validation
  • Preparing for and participating in design coordination meetings
  • Contributing to internal research and development initiatives
  • Aiding in client training and delivering technical presentations on BIM/PIM
  • Project modeling utilizing Revit or Civil 3D
Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in a technical field (Construction/Engineering/Architecture) with a minimum classification of 2:1
  • Proven experience in BIM projects, with a solid understanding of BIM and its advantages in the construction industry
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as PAS1192 suite, ISO19650, and the UK BIM Framework
  • Proficient in Revit and knowledgeable in clash detection
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong focus on quality
