Job Title: Fan Engagement Analyst

About the Role:

Forsyth Barnes is seeking a highly skilled Fan Engagement Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing business analysis team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of digital strategies to grow customer bases and maximize commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver presentations to prospective customers to demonstrate data activations and insights
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery
  • Lead business outcomes from pilot or initial customer engagements
  • Ensure work is mapping correctly to customer business requirements
  • Hands-on data activation, including designing dashboards and specifying insights
  • Project delivery and customer relationship management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a consulting role, specifically with a focus on data strategy
  • Strong background in account management with a consultative approach
  • Proven expertise in project management, tailored to client-specific needs
  • Skilled in business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design
  • Ability to drive business growth and client success as a dynamic and proactive professional
