We are seeking a highly professional Luxury Estate Manager on behalf of our client, a prominent UHNW family, to manage and maintain their portfolio of luxury properties in the UK.

This role demands exceptional organisational abilities, discretion, and expertise in overseeing multiple properties, including Grade II listed buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of luxury estates.
2. Manage budgets, renovations, and compliance with listed building regulations.
3. Ensure the highest standards of property upkeep and security.
4. Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure properties are guest-ready.

Ideal Candidate:
1. Proven experience in luxury estate administration.
2. Strong leadership, financial acumen, and multitasking skills.
3. High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
4. Ability to travel regularly and manage dynamic schedules.

Offer:
This is a self-employed-based role attracting an annual fee of £60,000 to £84,000 (depending upon experience), plus expenses.
