Your Responsibilities:
  • Creating and refining all internal communication materials, including memos, presentations, and newsletters to support organizational goals.
  • Overseeing internal communication channels, including the planning, writing, and editing of content to enhance employee engagement.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to manage ENODA's quarterly Townhall agenda, from strategic planning to execution.
  • Building strong relationships with senior leadership to ensure visibility among relevant employee groups.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that drafted statements reflect authentic writing styles and effectively convey sentiment and meaning, reinforcing brand values and tone.
  • Utilizing various communication formats and channels for internal storytelling to accommodate different comprehension styles and seize opportunities for innovative messaging delivery.
  • Managing ENODA's intranet to create a central repository of learning, information, tools, and news to keep the team informed as we scale.
  • Driving employee engagement by defining and developing a calendar of in-person events for the team and assisting in their organization.
  • Collaborating with HR to monitor and evaluate internal communication activities and support all-employee surveys and pulse surveys.
  • Partnering with the Head of Communications and other relevant internal stakeholders on issues management to ensure smooth cross-functional coordination.
  • Working with HR and Knowledge Management teams to enhance ENODA's onboarding materials, ensuring all new employees grasp our culture, vision, and operational methods.
  • Establishing a framework for celebrating success at ENODA.
Key Qualifications:
  • Experience focused on enhancing employee engagement.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and confidence in interacting with all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and deliver results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
