Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relations
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests to foster loyalty and ensure a positive experience.
    • Conduct regular guest satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement.
    • Anticipate and meet the needs of guests to exceed their expectations.
  • Professional Techniques/Production
    • Optimize food and beverage production to ensure efficient service and minimize waste.
    • Supervise and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and Accor's quality standards.
  • Team Management/Talent & Culture
    • Lead and motivate a team of Food and Beverage staff to deliver exceptional service.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
  • Commercial/Sales
    • Promote Accor's services and products to guests to increase sales and revenue.
    • Collaborate with the Sales Department to develop and implement sales strategies.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Management and Administration
    • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient service and minimize waste.
    • Monitor and report on sales and revenue performance to senior management.
    • Ensure compliance with Accor's policies and procedures.
  • Hygiene/Personal Safety/Environment
    • Ensure a clean and safe working environment that meets Accor's quality standards.
    • Monitor and report on any safety or hygiene issues to senior management.
    • Implement sustainable practices to reduce waste and minimize the hotel's environmental impact.
    Requirements
    • Previous experience in a supervisory role in the Food and Beverage industry.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Salary expectations: £13.20 per hour.
