Job Title: F&B Supervisor

Join our team at Novotel Birmingham Airport and be part of creating memorable moments for our guests. As a F&B Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a wonderful dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality relationships with guests to foster loyalty and ensure their satisfaction throughout their stay.
  • Supervise and coordinate the F&B team to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.
  • Manage inventory, stock rotations, and equipment maintenance to minimize losses and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Contribute to the development of employees' skills and motivation, creating a positive working atmosphere and promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Promote hotel services and products to guests, respecting requests from the Sales Department and fulfilling customer promises.
  • Manage products available for guests, keeping losses and breakages to a minimum, and maintaining an inventory of equipment.
  • Ensure the workplace remains clean and tidy, adhering to the hotel's security regulations and environmental commitments.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to motivate and develop employees, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including inventory management, stock rotations, and equipment maintenance.
  • Ability to promote hotel services and products, respecting customer requests and fulfilling promises.
