Claims Processing Specialist

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 / 35 hours per week

Overview:
Our client is in search of a committed Claims Processing Specialist to become a vital part of their energetic team. This role is essential in managing all administrative responsibilities related to both paper and electronic claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and oversee both paper and electronic claims.
- Engage with agents and claimants through phone and written correspondence.
- Investigate and address any ambiguous claims.
Requirements:
- Ability to successfully complete a credit and DBS check.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
