About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part Time Administrative Assistant. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide essential support to our healthcare trust based in Belfast and Lisburn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to management, including filing, photocopying, and dealing with incoming and outgoing enquiries.
  • Support directorate operations by ensuring efficient services, including diary management, minute taking, and handling patient records with confidentiality.
  • Arrange appointments and meetings as requested, using relevant computer software and systems to maintain accurate records.
  • Handle patient records and data entry, as well as call handling and reception cover as required by the department.
  • Order stationery and office supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months clerical/administrative experience essential.
  • Knowledge of healthcare/medical/public sector highly desirable.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate independent working.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage workload.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to use administrative systems, including Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
  • Confidence in data entry and ability to maintain confidentiality on sensitive data.
  • Minimum 4 GCSEs inclusive of math and English (or equivalent) or NVQ level two administration (or equivalent) or two years clerical/administrative experience.
