About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Digital Content Designer to join our team at Big Picture UK. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective marketing assets that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop marketing materials, including presentations, training materials, and product launch assets, to ensure go-to-market readiness.
  • Update and maintain in-store retail assets, including step-up charts, hierarchy maps, and catalogues, to ensure accuracy and alignment with our brand strategy.
  • Proofread content for accuracy and performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure key product technicalities are covered and aligned with our strategy.
  • Support the creation of learning modules to provide training to retail store teams, and identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of our brand through website management, social media, and outreach efforts.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of how products, software, and services integrate to create comprehensive solutions.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with tight deadlines and unexpected challenges.
  • Experience managing company social media accounts and maintaining websites.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and translate product features into compelling customer value propositions.
