DaVita International is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our global team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting financial planning and analysis activities across all markets.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Forecasting and Analysis: Review and provide commentary on international country forecasts to ensure accurate financial projections.
- Financial Reporting and Insights: Coordinate country submissions to DaVita International Headquarters and provide group finance with the required insight and understanding of financial results.
- Financial Reporting Projects: Continually simplify and improve financial reporting projects to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Financial Modeling and Analysis: Maintain and build Anaplan models as required, and work with Essbase and Hyperion to support business intelligence analyses.
- Country Support and Queries: Respond to country-related queries and provide support as needed.
- Annual Budgeting Process: Participate in the annual budgeting process to ensure accurate financial planning.
- Deal Valuation Modeling and M&A Due Diligence: Support deal valuation modeling and assist with M&A due diligence work as required.
- Ad-Hoc Work: Support ad-hoc work as needed, including providing various data pulls in Excel for the preparation of management reports and board papers.
- Experience: Experience working in a Corporate Finance or FP&A team in a similar role for a multi-national organization, ideally in a healthcare setting.
- Financial Modeling: Demonstrable experience building and presenting financial models from scratch.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize and meet tight turnaround times.
- Mathematical and Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical, statistical, and analytical skills.
- Attention to Detail: Naturally curious with an accurate, detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and comfortable using the MS Office suite.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Professional Certifications: ACCA or CIMA is preferred.
- Financial Planning Tools: Familiarity with financial planning tools such as Hyperion/Essbase, Anaplan, Oracle, and BI tools would be highly advantageous.
