About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at DaVita International. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting financial planning and analysis activities across all markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and provide commentary on international country forecasts to ensure accuracy and alignment with company goals.
  • Coordinate country submissions to DaVita International Headquarters and provide group finance with the required insight and understanding of financial results.
  • Continuously simplify and improve financial reporting projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain and build Anaplan models as required, with training provided for new system users.
  • Support business intelligence analyses using Essbase and Hyperion.
  • Respond to country-related queries and provide timely support to stakeholders.
  • Participate in the annual budgeting process and contribute to the development of financial plans.
  • Support deal valuation modeling and assist with M&A due diligence work as needed.
  • Provide ad-hoc support, including data pulls in Excel for management reports and board papers.
Your Profile
  • Experience working in a Corporate Finance or FP&A team in a similar role for a multi-national organisation, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Demonstrable experience building and presenting financial models from scratch.
  • Ability to prioritise and meet tight turnaround times.
  • Strong mathematical, statistical, and analytical skills.
  • Naturally curious with an accurate, detail-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and comfortable using the MS Office suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • ACCA or CIMA is preferred.
  • Familiarity with financial planning tools such as Hyperion/Essbase, Anaplan, Oracle, and BI tools is highly advantageous.
