We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Services Assistant to join our Facilities Management Team in our modern offices in Hedge End.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Facilities Management Team, including reprographic and general administration duties.
- Manage MFD/printer equipment, including replacement of toner cartridges and attending to faults/paper jams.
- Assist with post room duties, including arranging couriers and sorting incoming and outgoing post.
- Support file management, including archiving of closed files and requesting files/wills/deeds from our secure storage facility.
- Provide support to the reception personnel as needed.
- Escort contractors as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Reader.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
This is a full-time position, working 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.
