Job Title: Engineering Project Manager

Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a manufacturing or mechanical engineering background looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Euro-Projects Recruitment Ltd.

About the Role:

This is a senior-level role that will involve managing multi-million pound projects at manufacturing facilities across various industries. You will be responsible for coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including onsite colleagues, sub-contractors, customers, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project-related issues
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of manufacturing and production machinery, specifically capital equipment, HVAC, industrial booths, pumps, or related systems
  • Experience working in a technical role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Ability to travel to customer sites, with a full UK driving license
  • Experience of managing commercial aspects and budgets on a project
