Job Title: Commercial Lawyer

This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to work with a leading global PLC. As a Commercial Lawyer at Frasers Group, you will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, drafting, and advising on a wide range of supplier and business partnership contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dealing with commercial disputes and litigation.
  • Providing guidance on marketing and promotional activity, including CAP code compliance for advertisements, promotions, competitions, and product packaging.
  • Supporting the e-commerce team on legal aspects of digital marketing and website operations.
  • General IP work, including licensing of own brands and third-party licensing.
  • Advising and supporting the customer service team on customer complaints and handling disputes and small claims.
  • Liaising with enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies, such as the ICO, ASA, and Trading Standards, in relation to regulatory issues and customer complaints.
  • Assisting senior members of the legal team on various matters.
