Commercial Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lawyer to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in reviewing, negotiating, drafting, and advising on a wide range of supplier and business partnership contracts across various areas of our business.

• Review and negotiate commercial contracts with suppliers and business partners
• Draft and advise on contracts for commercial, supply chain, concessions, events, marketing, e-commerce, franchising, and licensing
• Provide guidance on marketing and promotional activity, including CAP code compliance and drafting associated terms and conditions
• Support the e-commerce team on legal aspects of digital marketing and website operations
• General IP work, including licensing of own brands and third-party licensing
• Advising and supporting the customer service team on customer complaints and handling disputes and small claims
• Liaising with enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies, such as the ICO, ASA, and Trading Standards
• Assisting senior members of the legal team on various matters

• Strong experience working within commercial contract negotiation
• Able to provide commercially focused, pragmatic legal advice
• Ambitious and looking to develop their career with a global PLC
