Hours: Full-time, including Saturday mornings on a rotating schedule

Compensation: Competitive salary with an incentive and OTE structure

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be essential in our dealership, serving as the primary liaison between customers and our service department. Your role will be front-facing in the showroom, requiring a genuine passion for assisting customers. Comprehensive training will be provided, so prior experience in a car dealership is not necessary. Your initial weeks will include our Marshall Customer Journey induction program, shadowing sessions, and a buddy system, all designed to ensure a smooth transition into your new position.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in customer service is a must.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for enhancing the customer journey and delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage customer expectations through regular communication and updates.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to effectively manage your own customer base and workload.
  • Confidence in addressing complex customer issues professionally, seeking management support when necessary.
  • Technologically proficient, ideally with experience using CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain customer relationships prior to their appointments, welcoming them upon arrival.
  • Enhance the customer experience throughout their journey with Marshall in a positive and proactive manner.
  • Act as a representative for both the business and the customer, providing expert support to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Accurately complete all administrative tasks related to the customer experience.
  • Proactively assist customers with future needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer service and foster customer loyalty.
