Position: Service Administrator

Location: Mercedes Benz Van Croydon

Working Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

Compensation: Competitive salary with bonus and OTE scheme

Role Overview:

The Service Administrator will engage in customer-facing activities, requiring an enthusiastic individual with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service both internally and externally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and prior experience in administration is preferred. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the precise and timely completion of all departmental administrative tasks.
  • Contributing to marketing strategies to promote various products and services.
  • Effectively managing time and planning ahead to meet all deadlines.
  • Welcoming customers and visitors in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers, colleagues, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Maintaining professionalism, composure, and positivity at all times.
  • Evaluating personal performance and engaging in professional development activities.

Qualifications:

  • A background in an administrative role is ideal.
  • Experience in a dealership setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Educational background equivalent to A Level in Business Studies is beneficial.
