Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical application support for qPCR instruments and reagents, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement new technologies and products, ensuring seamless integration and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to customers and internal stakeholders on qPCR technology and applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific advancements in qPCR technology, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improve customer outcomes.
  • Participate in product development and testing, providing feedback and insights to inform product enhancements.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, and other resources.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of laboratory experience, preferably in molecular biology or a related field.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in qPCR applications and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
