Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical application support for qPCR instruments and reagents

  • Record pertinent information from customer contacts in our CRM system
  • Determine customer needs and provide innovative solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific advancements in qPCR technology
  • Participate in training on products and continuing education
Requirements
  • 2+ years laboratory experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific field, preferably in molecular biology or a related area
  • Proven experience in qPCR applications and troubleshooting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ambitious and self-motivated with a passion for driving innovation
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Fluent English plus one of the following: Italian, French or German languages (spoken and written)
