About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Account Director to join our team at Major Players | B Corp™. As a key member of our client services team, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with both the client's business objectives and our agency's vision.
  • Collaborate closely with our creative team to ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
  • Utilize your expertise in the insurance sector to provide strategic insights and guide campaign development.
  • Leverage your strong interpersonal skills to manage expectations, communicate effectively, and navigate complex stakeholder environments.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior account management role, preferably within a creative agency or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B high-risk insurance sector.
  • Ability to rapidly build relationships with key stakeholders, particularly the client's Marketing Director and other senior leaders.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and creative problem-solving capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in managing workloads across multiple locations in a hybrid work environment.
