About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized SPoC Administrator to join our busy Single Point of Contact service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clinicians and healthcare professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our service.
Main Responsibilities
- Receive and process referrals following service criteria, working closely with our clinical team to ensure timely and effective responses.
- Provide administrative support to our clinical triage staff, including typing clinical correspondence and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist in the provision of administrative/secretarial support to the clinical triage staff, as needed.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.

Requirements
- GCSE or O level or equivalent, including Maths and English grade C or above
- NVQ level 3 in Business and Administration or equivalent
- IT experience in the use of computer software packages (Microsoft Office)
- RSA III or equivalent audio typing
