2nd Line Support Analyst

Proactive Appointments Limited is seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to provide 2nd Line and 3rd Line support for complex technical issues.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with 3rd party providers for infrastructure elements, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
