Commercial Sales Executive

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the regional market and be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth. This will involve working closely with existing channel partners to ensure sustainable long-term partnerships and achieving annual sales targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities and market trends.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Identify and develop new Tier-2 distributors for Hikvision, HIlook, EZVIZ, and other new businesses.
- Manage stock levels, credit notes, payment terms, rebate policy, price lists, and special pricing issues.
- Deliver product and commercial education and training to business partners.
- Manage contract relationships with channel partners and ensure timely delivery of orders and collection of accounts receivable.
- Implement local sales processes, systems, tools, and channel policy guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and verbal.
