Advanced Learning Disability Physiotherapist

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic physiotherapist to join our East Specialist Health Community Learning Disability Team. As a specialist physiotherapist, you will work with adults with complex physical health needs and learning disabilities, providing expert care and support to enable them to live independently.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist physiotherapy services to adults with learning disabilities, including assessment, treatment, and education.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals, carers, and family members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service-wide policies and procedures.
- Participate in training and education programs to maintain and develop professional skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other teams and services to ensure seamless care and support for individuals with complex needs.
