Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead the sales efforts of a prestigious client in the long-term stay accommodation industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and a strong leadership style.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships with corporate clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.

• Prepare and present proposals and contracts to clients, highlighting the value proposition and competitive advantages.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, staying ahead of the competition.

• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.

• Provide regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.


Qualifications:

• 5 years of sales experience, with 2 years in a senior role in hospitality or long-term stays, preferably in a leadership position.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

• Ability to travel as needed, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
