We're Houst, a professional management service for properties. Our mission is to make hosting on websites hassle-free for everyone using technology to disrupt the short-term accommodation sector.

As a Sales Leadership Manager, you will lead a small team focused on closing deals. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales performance, mentor your team, and directly engage with prospective clients to secure new business.

You'll play a key role in expanding our host network and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead a small team of Sales Executives while managing personal sales targets
  • Sales Execution: Develop an outbound sales strategy to increase overall sales volume
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Training and Development: Coach, inspire, and motivate team to ensure sales targets are met
  • Performance Monitoring: Forecast and analyze the sales pipeline, reporting KPIs to the Senior Leadership Team
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-5 years in sales, leadership, and relevant industry experience (e.g., Proptech, SaaS)
  • Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; sales or leadership certifications are a plus
  • Skills: Sales expertise, team management, negotiation, and analytical skills for sales forecasting and reporting
  • Soft Skills: Collaboration, adaptability, and the ability to work cross-functionally and adjust strategies as needed
