Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Lead a small team of Sales Executives while managing personal sales targets
- Sales Execution: Develop an outbound sales strategy to increase overall sales volume
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Training and Development: Coach, inspire, and motivate team to ensure sales targets are met

- Experience: 2-5 years in sales, leadership, and relevant industry experience (e.g., Proptech, SaaS)
- Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; sales or leadership certifications are a plus
