ROLE OVERVIEW

This role is pivotal in steering the IRL Programme, ensuring the effective execution of our in-real-life strategy, which encompasses new store launches, wholesale collaborations, and overall business enhancement. The position entails leading a diverse team of project managers, overseeing a multi-disciplinary Programme team, and driving strategic transformation initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Direct the IRL Programme and Strategy on a global scale across multiple functions such as Human Resources, Product Development, Financial Operations, and others.
  • Supervise the Programme team and facilitate their professional growth.
  • Establish and oversee objectives, deliverables, and work packages.
  • Plan, track, and manage teams for intricate cross-functional initiatives.
  • Maintain programme schedules, report on progress, and efficiently manage resources.
  • Identify and mitigate programme-level risks and challenges.
  • Assess programme performance and apply insights for future projects.
  • Promote ongoing development and simplification of operational processes.
