Job Summary

The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring the efficient coordination of projects from estimation to completion, and partnering with the project team to deliver high-quality results on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports the company's profitability efforts by managing efficient, accurate, and timely coordination of project activities

  • Ensures the meeting of volume and revenue targets for each account
  • Built and maintains relationships with internal and external clients

  • Ensures high-quality standards in all client deliverables
  • Coordinates client-specific projects throughout the lifecycle

  • Initiates new data item requests to ensure accurate client and project details

  • Provides expertise on customer pricing and promotional planning
  • Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of employees to ensure goals are accomplished

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
