Job Description:

The Night Concierge will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our residential development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our residents and guests, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the concierge service, including guest arrivals, deliveries, post, and amenity bookings.
  3. Work closely with the Night Duty Manager to ensure that all service elements operate effectively and efficiently.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, providing them with a high level of service and support.
  5. Perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent quality customer service skills.
  2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  5. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
