The Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized Production/Studio Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital operations, photography, and videography production coordination, preferably in the fashion or consumer branding industry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Production Management
  • Coordinate and execute photo and video shoots, including pre-production planning and post-production delivery.
  • Manage shoot budgets and oversee crew invoicing, ensuring that all expenditures are within budgetary constraints.
  • Oversee digital operations on shoots, including management of Capture One photo library software.
  • Maintain strict timekeeping and target adherence on shoots, ensuring that timelines and objectives are met efficiently.
  • Work closely with the Director of Photography/Videography to continually improve production value and maintain brand standards.
Studio Management
  • Manage studio space and set installations, including design and procurement of set build and props.
  • Maintain all studio equipment, including photography and lighting kits.
  • Ensure that all supplies remain stocked and set-ups are fully packed away in studio downtime.
  • Set and uphold high operational and organizational studio standards.
Communication and Collaboration
  • Work effectively in a collaborative team environment and maintain clear and open communication with all stakeholders throughout the production process.
  • Translate marketing and content briefs into production plans that are executed on time and budget.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in photography and/or videography production coordination, preferably in the fashion or consumer branding industry.
  2. Proficiency in digital operations, including knowledge of capture software such as Capture One.
  3. Strong organizational and project management skills, with great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  5. A strong creative eye and ability to translate marketing and content briefs into production plans.
