Job Title: Practitioner

Salary: £25,089 - £27,069 per annum + benefits

Location: Northampton

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Practitioner at Recovery Focus, a leading charity providing support services for individuals and communities affected by substance misuse. As a Practitioner, you will be part of our NGAGE Young People's Service in Northampton, which offers early intervention support for young people aged 10-18.

  • Provide expert advice, assessments, and interventions to support young people in overcoming substance misuse challenges.
  • Manage referrals and conduct thorough assessments to ensure effective support.
  • Collaborate with partner agencies and professionals to provide a comprehensive support network.
  • Engage with clients in various settings, including community outreach and group work.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accurate records, utilizing Microsoft Office to ensure efficient documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in health or social care, with experience in substance misuse and a commitment to ongoing professional development. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders are essential for success in this role. This is a full-time position with 37 hours per week, offering a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of young people and their families.
