Operations Clerk Role Overview- Accurate Data Entry with meticulous attention to detail.
- Managing job bookings from initiation to completion.
- Addressing supplier inquiries, processing invoices, and related tasks.
- Coordinating collections and deliveries both domestically and internationally.
- Completing Export/Import declarations using Sequoria (CDS).
- Preparing and finalizing Export Air Waybills.
- Researching rates and providing quotes for client Import/Export needs.
- Completing, uploading, and organizing job files.
- Handling general inquiries from clients, customs, and delivery services.
- Arranging courier shipments for both domestic and international destinations.
- Utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to manage Pick and Pack orders and engage in warehouse activities.
- 1-3 years of prior experience in Import/Export is preferred.
- Proficient IT skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills across various levels.
- A collaborative team player.
- Possession of a driving license would be advantageous.
