As a Customer Development Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts to meet and exceed budgeted volume and value sales. You will differentiate the client's brands by creating and executing innovative in-outlet activation, striving to secure maximum visibility of their brands. Your proactive approach will seek out new business opportunities to grow their on-trade customer base. You will understand and deliver insight to the business on weekly and monthly customer performance, drive action from this, and deliver incremental growth. You will ensure accurate internal communication to supply team re promotions/activations/changes to distribution are kept up to date. You will work cross-functionally within the UK business and international departments. You will develop excellent product knowledge and be critically aware of all market trends across beers, wines, and spirits. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales, marketing, or a related field within the On-Trade. Brands drinks experience and use in cocktails would be advantageous. You will have a strong commercial/financial understanding, together with intellect and curiosity to interpret performance, recommending appropriate actions. You will be able to manage projects and multi-task while building strong and positive relationships at all levels (internal and external). You will be comfortable managing some key accounts and building strong commercial relationships. You will be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. You will be passionate about spirits and the beverage industry.
